A short walk along the Slapton ley first from Torcross along the ley path, then crossing the main road on the sand bar, and then back along the beach. A short walk because it was scorching hot. More about Torcross here.

A nice looking beach - great to see the shell/gravel instead of sand. I love that texture. And your photos do convey the sense of heat. I hope it's not as hot as here - we'll get into heat indices of 40°+ this week. Summer in the MidSouth!
