Only Possible Two Days a Month

[8-365] 13th August 2020- They are renewing the side of the Creek and today and tomorrow are the lowest high tides of the month so the only time they can do it. Today the high tide is 4 metres (About 13 feet), it goes as high as 5.6 metres (About 18 and a half feet). This won't reach where they are standing giving their mortar a while to set. The highest tide would be above their waists as it reaches the road and sometimes just goes over the edge of the road.
