This will be a series of posts about my recent visit to The Brixham Pirate Festival. This first set was taken early in the day and features the early arrivals. Later posts will feature Pirate Portraits, the Pirate Parade, Pirate Entertainments and the battle of the Redcoats and The Pirates.
The day starts with the flags going up and the stallholders and musicians arriving. A steady stream of pirates head for the muster point ahead of the Pirate Parade. If you are a fan of Little Britain the TV show I can assure you there is nothing available that is a little less "Piratey", this is full on Pirate Extreme.
